A working method

Look wider. Test the story. Name the system.

Not a grand proprietary framework—just the repeatable discipline beneath the work, made visible enough to question and improve.

01

Widen the frame

Locate the visible problem inside the larger journey, institution, platform or social context.

02

Separate layers

Distinguish observation, evidence, inference, interpretation and moral judgement.

03

Find the signal

Identify what would actually confirm, falsify or sharpen the prevailing explanation.

04

Make it usable

Turn the analysis into a brief, narrative, prototype, diagnostic map or next decision.

The practical sequence

From “something feels wrong” to a question another person can actually act on.

The sequence is not always linear. New evidence can send the work backwards; a prototype can reveal that the original diagnosis was too narrow; a moral judgement can be valid while still being analytically incomplete.

The aim is not to remove perspective. It is to make clear which layer of the argument is doing what.
